Operational intelligence

Turn your operation into a system that measures, decides and acts.

We identify a specific operational problem, connect the information your systems already generate, and build a solution to measure it, understand it and act. Without replacing your ERP, CRM or the tools you already use.

Information that helps you act

  1. Connects and organizes
  2. Analyzes and compares
  3. Recommends and automates
  4. Measures the outcome

For your operation

  • Indicators
  • Alerts
  • Decisions
  • Actions

With clear ownership and human review.

Without replacing your systems. Connections depend on their permissions and capabilities; comparisons depend on reliable sources and comparable data.

Your starting point

Your systems already hold part of the answer

An ERP records transactions. A CRM organizes customer relationships. Documents preserve knowledge. We connect relevant information so your team can understand what is happening and decide what to do next.

What needs attention?

Define clear indicators for delays, workload, quality or commercial progress using your available records.

What explains the change?

Relate sources, investigate deviations and compare history or market references where valid context exists.

What should we do next?

Prioritize an action with an owner, follow its execution and measure its effect against the baseline.

A complete operating cycle

Measurement leads to action. Results inform the next decision.

From data to action · working cycle
  1. Connect

Bring together the sources for the problem.

  2. Measure

Define what to observe and from when.

  3. Analyze and compare

    Understand patterns and available context.

  4. Decide

Prioritize with evidence and human judgment.

  5. Act

    Assign tasks or agreed automations.

  6. Check

Measure the effect and adjust the next step.

The outcome feeds back into measurement: check, learn, and adjust.

We compare only when reliable sources and valid comparison groups exist.

Functions that work together

The problem defines which functions we connect

You start with what you need to measure or improve. The diagnostic determines which functions and sources to connect; a solution may combine parts of several modules.

How we work

From a specific problem to an operation that learns from its results

First, we talk. If we can help, we agree on a paid diagnostic before defining implementation and monthly support.

  1. Exploratory conversation

    Free

We discuss the problem, process, current tools and available information to establish whether we can help.

An initial conversation, without a full diagnostic or written estimates.

  2. Operational opportunity diagnostic

    Paid · agreed in advance

We define the priority problem, process and source map, baseline where possible, estimated impact, measurement method and preliminary implementation scope.

100% of the diagnostic cost is credited against implementation if you proceed.

  3. Tailored implementation

    Quoted after the diagnostic

We agree on scope, deliverables, metrics, timing and price. We build the connections, analytics and functions your operation needs.

On Arvynta or the agreed infrastructure, with validation by your team.

  4. Operation and ongoing support

    Customized monthly plan

We maintain and monitor the solution and support your team as operating needs evolve.

Based on the solution, sources, infrastructure, processing, external services, support, maintenance, automation and accompaniment.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Arvynta

What we can assess, how we define the scope and what follows the first conversation.

What is Arvynta?

Arvynta connects the information your systems already generate to measure operations, understand what is happening, decide and act. Subsequent measurement helps check whether the actions worked.

Must I replace my ERP, CRM or BI?

No. These systems record and organize your information. We assess how to connect them and complement their data and reporting with analysis, context and action for your needs.

Does every solution need AI?

No. We choose connections, analytics or automation when they address the problem. Agents and document search are included when they add value, within defined limits.

Is there a charge for the first conversation?

No. The exploratory conversation is free and helps us understand the problem and establish whether we can help. It does not include a full diagnostic or a written estimate.

Is the diagnostic paid?

Yes. The Operational opportunity diagnostic has a scope and price agreed before it starts. If you proceed, 100% of its cost is credited against implementation.

How much do implementation and ongoing operation cost?

Implementation is quoted after the diagnostic. Ongoing operation has a customized monthly plan based on the solution, sources, infrastructure, processing, external services, support, maintenance, automation and accompaniment.

Do you guarantee a financial return?

No. We identify and estimate impact with explicit assumptions and agree on how to measure it. Time, capacity, quality, risk and rework can also be relevant metrics.

The next step

Tell us what you want to measure or improve

The exploratory conversation is free. We discuss your problem and current tools to establish whether we can help. If there is a fit, we propose a paid operational opportunity diagnostic, with its full cost credited against implementation if you proceed.
