Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Turn your company operation into an intelligent system

Short answers to understand what Arvynta includes, how it adapts to each operation, and which deployment model may make the most sense for your company.

What does Arvynta Platform include?

It includes AI agents, document RAG, operational dashboards, workflows, connectors, permissions, policies, observability, and configurable verticals. The platform acts as an intelligence layer over the operation to connect information, decisions, and execution.

How does the agent orchestrator work?

The orchestrator interprets the request, identifies the company context, selects agents, queries RAG when relevant, validates policies, and enables authorized tools. It can also escalate to human review when the workflow requires it.

What is the per-company agent graph?

It is the representation of agents, skills, tools, policies, knowledge sources, permissions, and workflows that make up a company’s intelligent operation. On Cloud it is more standard; on Dedicated and Enterprise it can be configured in greater depth.

How are documents connected to agents?

Documents are organized into RAG spaces and connected to specific agents or workflows. This way an agent can retrieve context, cite internal sources, and generate answers or recommendations based on authorized knowledge.

Can I use Arvynta as a layer over my current systems?

Yes. Arvynta is designed to integrate with existing systems. It can connect to sources such as CRM, ERP, document repositories, email, chat, forms, databases, and APIs to avoid operational silos.

How configurable is the platform?

It depends on the model. Cloud uses predefined verticals and components. Dedicated allows custom entities, fields, workflows, agents, policies, RAG, and connectors with Arvynta. Enterprise enables deeper co-creation and advanced governance.

How are permissions, tools, and policies controlled?

Permissions define who can view, query, or execute. Tools indicate which actions each agent can use. Policies govern limits, approvals, exceptions, and escalation so automation never runs without control.

What data feeds the dashboards?

Dashboards can be fed by workflows, agents, connected systems, RAG, forms, tasks, and operating events. The goal is not to show isolated data, but useful signals to decide and act.

Abstract but concrete business control layer showing decisions, signals, and execution loops.
