It is the unit that measures AI agent usage. Each query consumes credits by complexity: a simple query 1, a document (RAG) query 2, and a complex multi-step query 3. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. We would rather your whole team use Arvynta and we do not meter by seat; we only meter AI agent usage.
Your operation is not blocked. You can buy a credit pack or expand your RAG pages as an add-on, or move up a plan if that suits you better.
No, prices exclude VAT (+ VAT). Billing in Colombia is done in pesos plus VAT. The COP values shown on the page are for reference.
